Germany Warns ‘European Order’ at Risk Ahead of Ukraine Peace Talks

Germany has warned that the ‘peaceful order of Europe’ is at risk if the West abandons the principle of territorial integrity. German Chancellor Angela Merkel made the comments in Washington ahead of a proposed meeting in Belarus Wednesday with the leaders of Russia, Ukraine and France, aimed at securing an end to the conflict in Ukraine.
