Security officials in Iraq say two suicide bombings in Baghdad have killed at least 23 people. Saturday's blasts wounded dozens of others. The attacks came on the day the government plans to list a nighttime curfew in the capital that has been in force for years. There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the blasts. In another development, the remains of at least 16 members of the Yazidi religious minority have been found in a mass grave in northern Iraq.
