President Barack Obama has announced that nearly all of the remaining 1,300 U.S. troops fighting the Ebola outbreak in West Africa will return home. The White House cites U.S. success in combating the epidemic, with a decline in the number of new cases in affected countries. VOA correspondent Aru Pande reports.
